Femicide National Registry of the Argentinean Justice (RNJA), Women’s Office, Justice Supreme Court (CSJN)

In the context of the Justice Supreme Court of Argentina, the Femicide National Registry of the Argentinean Justice (RNFJA) holds a statistical registry of judicial cases dealing with the violent deaths of cis-gender, trans and travesti women due to gender motives. Since 2015, the RNFJA periodically publishes reports accounting for the trends and magnitude of femicide in Argentina, drawing attention to the scope and characteristics of this phenomenon.

The presentation will tackle the Protocol and Methodology of the design of the RNJA and its main reports.
